The pedal-assist mode works in with the electric motor to give you a little boost. The Boost will feel stronger the more power you use. It comes in handy when tackling those pesky hills.
The throttle only mode works like the throttle on a scooter or motorcycle. You can cruise along or quickly pick up speed using only the electric engine.

You can expect to ride 25-40 miles on a single charge. If you're lighter you'll likely get closer to the high end of the range. It also depends upon how much power you use (full throttle vs pedal assist) Most of our riders get between 30-35 miles per charge.

The battery should charge within 5-6 hours from empty and plugged into a regular outlet.
With normal use, the battery is expected to last approximately 700-900 full cycles. Just like any lithium-ion batteries, like our phones or personal devices, they hold less charge over time. With most things, the more you use an item, the shorter the life. That being said, if you ride your PWR Supply bike 3-5 times a week, and properly care for the battery and charger, your battery should last 5 years.
